A to Z Prep Academy & Childcare LLP, led by founders Lakesha Carter & Shawn Bayonne, is dedicated to fostering a love for learning and exploration in children aged 0 months to 13 years. With 17 years of executive management experience, Lakesha serves as the Center Director, supported by a highly skilled campus director and educational director, both with extensive expertise in the childcare field.
Our academy is built on the belief that children thrive through hands-on experimentation and creative activities. We offer a dynamic curriculum featuring music, math, art, drama, science, language, and motor skill development. Life skills are seamlessly integrated, such as putting on shoes, setting tables for lunch, and following structured routines.
In addition to foundational learning, we provide advanced technology programs, afterschool tutoring, and enrichment activities like arts and crafts, dance, theater, and gymnastics, all conveniently offered in one location. Recognizing that every child is unique, we tailor our care to meet individual needs while providing a nurturing, loving environment.
